The Exhibition: Caravaggio
For the fourth centenary of Michelangelo Merisi death, world-wide known as Caravaggio, Scuderie del Quirinale offers an exhibition entirely and exclusively dedicated to this incredible protagonist from italian Sixtheenth century.
The exhibition presents a path realised only by paintings acknowledged as made by Caravaggio himself. Through these paintings, is explained the evolution Caravaggio artistic expression as well as is showned the point about the studies ongoing over his production.
This is a rare opportunity to see displayed together masterpieces loaned by some of the most important museums in the world: a homage to Caravaggio genius and the incredible role he had for the artistic production of every time.
