OmniTicket Network was founded in 1999 as a result of the fusion of two ticketing market leader companies: VGS Systems Engineering and ACT.

VGS has brought into the company its experience of more than a decade as regards the development and innovation of integrated systems for ticketing and access control. ACT has contributed to the creation of the new company thanks to its experience in the software sector for ticket sales and reservations. The new company, OmniTicket Network, can offer you both dedicated and integrated systems as well as advanced networks for information on events and ticket sales by way of multiple distribution channels such as call centres and Internet.
