The general conditions described here below define and rule the interaction between Best Union Company, (referred to as Best Union), as ticketing information and on-line service provider and the users
Art. 1 - OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by Best Union aims at providing information pertaining to cultural, artistic, performing and leisure events and to sport and musical performances as well as the possibility for the user to book and purchase on-line tickets to access the events above. This service is provided through www.ticketclic.it Web Site.
Art. 2 - BOOKING AND PURCHASING TICKETS
To book and purchase tickets all mandatory fields of the on-line form provided by Best Union must be filled in. Users are kindly requested to carefully read the conditions guaranteeing their privacy. Tickets availability may change during the order transaction as long as the purchase order has not been successfully completed. Tickets are purchased by filling in the form and making the payment. Users can buy more tickets within the same transaction. Best Union will provide them with procedure instructions during the whole purchase process.
Art. 3 - PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made with the VISA, Eurocard or MasterCard credit cards by following the on-line procedure instruction.
Art. 4 - TICKET PICK-UP/PRINT AT HOME
Unless otherwise specified, tickets can be picked up directly at the ticket counter of the selected visit place. More specific pick-up points might be indicated (individual ticket counters, reception, help-desk, etc.).
If it is specified by the button PRINT AT HOME, the tickets can be printed at home using the own hoem printer.
Art. 5 - TICKET PRICE
Unless otherwise specified, the ticket price will include the ticket individual price, its booking fees and Best Union commission.
The tickets prices, dates, opening times can be changed by Organizers of the event. (Example: a new exhibition hosted inside the museum).
Best Union is not responsible to an eventual extra cost. In this case You shall pay the difference at the reserved cashier station onsite.
Art. 6 - PURCHASE CANCELLATION
According to art. 55 paragraph 1 b), the Executive Order October 6th 2005 n. 206 (the so-called "Consumer Code") for all the transactions carried out through the service provided by the web site www.ticketclic.it DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL related to articles 64 and ss. of the Consumer Code itself.
Should the customer want to cancel their purchase after the order has been successfully completed in all its parts, no refund will be granted by Best Union. No Refund will be granted also for those tickets that have been purchased but not picked up at the venue during the opening period for which the validity is expired.
Art. 7 - EVENT POSTPONED OR CANCELLED BY THE ORGANIZATION
Best Union Company will refund the customer with the ticket individual price except the cost of internet booking.
Art. 8 - BEST UNION COMPANY LIABILITY AND RIGHTS
Best Union will not be responsible for any damage caused to the user and indirectly connected with the service provided through www.omniticket.it. Furthermore, Best Union has the right to modify, suspend or interrupt any function or service for technical and operational reasons.
