How do I buy tickets ?
You can buy tickets by clicking on the icon or the button of the event of interest which you can find on the homepage or on the pages which are subdivided according to type: Museums, galleries, themeparks … etc.; every event has its information page on scheduled times and prices and a button "buy" to activate the acquisition procedure.

Where, how and when do I collect the tickets?
There are 2 methods available:
COLLECT ONSITE:
unless otherwise specified, tickets can be picked up directly at the ticket counter of the selected visit place, showing the Confirm Order. More specific pick-up points might be indicated (individual ticket counters, reception, help-desk, etc.).
Attention: In order to avoid queuing up like the other guests who still need to buy their tickets, you can either directly turn to the staff or to the ticket boxes dedicated to Internet sales.
PRINT AT HOME:
at the end of the Credit Card payment process, a confirmation page will appear with the print button on.
You need to use your home printer (both color or black&white) to print your tickets that will be valid to go directly to the entries of the event.
Each ticket will be verified by the access control system of Omniticket at the entries of the event. The system is able to recognize and to accept only the single ticket produced with its relative data; possible copies or manipulations of the data brought on the ticket will be recognized and stopped by the system and will be pursued to terms of law.
The tickets can be printed once alone.
If not otherwise stated, the tickets can be collected at the ticket boxes of the venue you are going to visit. Pay attention to specific points of reference where to pick up the tickets bought online (ticket boxes, reception etc.).

Within when do I need to buy tickets?
You can buy the tickets until midnight of the preceding day. Example: You can buy a ticket valid for the event at 10:30 of the 10th September until 23:59 of the 9th September.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Omniticket.it accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
5. How does the online acquisition work?
In order to activate the transaction, you simply need to click on the acquisition button which refers to the event you can find on every page. If you follow carefully all steps you are asked to carry out, the transaction will be successfully completed and the privacy absolutely respected.

You will be asked to:

1)2)3) select (in the following order) the date, the hour and the type of ticket;
4) Confirm your basket.
5) Enter your demographic data paying attention to writing everything in a correct way: in case you enter your e-mail address wrongly, the communication of the confirmation e-mail of the effected payment will be hampered;> Accept the collection conditions.
6) Select the payment mode: CREDIT CARD.- Accept the conditions of the regulations;
7) You are in the Secure Server> Enter the data as per your credit card and confirm with OK,
8) Wait for the result of the payment.

Only after the communication of the processed payment and after having clicked on "ok", the transaction can be considered at an end.
6. The payment has been successful but I have not received any confirmation by e-mail: what do I need to do?

Maybe some minutes pass by until you receive the confirmation by Omniticket.it.
If instead even after some minutes you have not received any e-mail, please write to: support.ticket@omniticket.it
indicate your booking code and name of reference for the transaction, and ask to control the effected payment. In any case, it is always important to note down the booking code during the transaction. If the payment has been effected regularly, you can present the code even without having received any e-mail at the ticket boxes so that it is possible to trace your booking.
7. Come faccio a sapere se la transazione è andata a buon fine?
Per verificare la validità e gli estremi del tuo ordine clicca sul pulsante di "Verifica Ordine " che si trova in alto in ogni pagina di Omniticket.it
Inserisci il cognome usato per la transazione ed il codice ordine es: (WEB0002001OS) rilasciato da Omniticket.it. Se non ti ricordi il codice ordine invia una e-mail al Supporto Web Omniticket (vedi pag. Contatti) specificando la tua richiesta ed il cognome utilizzato per l'ordine.
8. What do I need to present at the cashier station in order to collect the tickets booked by Internet?
You need to show either the print out of the Omniticket confirmation mail or communicate your booking code e.g. WEB0012345OS.
Alternatively you shall communicate the last name you used for the transaction showing also an ID.

Can I give tickets to a friend, or to a family member, or someone else...?

During the purchase process it's necessary to insert the personal details of who is purchasing. If the tickets are used by a person other than the person who purchased, must be prepared a signed letter in which you register for the name and surname of a person who will use the tickets (one per each group it's enough).

9. How much do the bookings cost? Is it more expensive to buy tickets online?
It depends on the event.
For the museums, exhibitions, live concerts, or entertainment events the prices have an extra cost.
For the theme parks the prices are bound to be even less than those at ordinary on site ticket boxes.

Is the www.omniticket.it safe?
The site www.omniticket.it is safe.
The bank service is by Payment Gateway - CONSORZIO TRIVENETO S.p.A.
The offered security level is that of protocol SSL with ciphering a 128 bit. The data which refer to the credit card are exclusively communicated to CONSORZIO TRIVENETO. This guarantees you that the merchant cannot use your credit card data in any fraudulent way.

HOW DOES IT WORK 

At the end of the Credit Card payment, a confirmation page will appear with the print button on.
You need only to use your home printer (both color or black and white) to get your tickets and you can go directly to the entries without queuing at the cashier.
In the case you find problems with you printer ( paper ended, toner ended...) you will be able to click above a link that signals your problem to the Omniticket Web Support or you can send an a-mail to: support.ticket@omniticket.it
The Omniticket Web Support will answer you sending by e-mail your ticktes in a PDF format.


FAQ

1 when Do I have to print the tickets?
At the end of the transaction; it will appear you a page of confirmation of the order with the button for the press.

2 What do I need?
To get your tickets you only need your home printer (both color or black and white); then you can go directly to the entries without making queues at the cashier stations!

3 I don't have a printer.
You can't purchase the tickets online. We recommend you to purchase the tickets directly onsite.

4 Please note before printing.
You shall check the regular operation of your printer (turned on or out, level of toner, number of sheets...); besides before printing the tickets you could make a printing test.
We recommend you to print the tickets at least in normal or tall formality and not in draft, so that to avoid that the barcode is printed badly.

5 Please note after printing.
You shall preserve with care the ticket, avoiding to fold up him/it, to stain him/it or to bathe him/it especially in proximity of the bar code.

6 The ticket is not duplicabile in some way.

In the case you find problems with you printer ( paper ended, toner ended...) you will be able to click above a link that signals your problem to the Omniticket Web Support or you can send an a-mail to: support.ticket@omniticket.it
The Omniticket Web Support will answer you sending by e-mail your ticktes in a PDF format.
